As a rare female leader in IT in our society, I always love to make little and meaningful changes by showcasing my own Womenpreneur story and having more gender diversity. Also, working for 10 years at Microsoft I led many initiatives and projects to transform education and inspire youth to pursue a STEM career.
But, now being part of a start-up IT business, I realized that encouragement is not enough. Youth must be equipped with the needed skills and be ready for the workplace. We must give young people a chance to experience first-hand what it is like to develop cutting-edge technology.

Entrepreneurial level – some of the external candidates with the help of tailored training and after gaining the necessary knowledge, will be able to mature and develop personally to the next level thus creating possibilities of initiating start-ups, or other types of providing their expertise to the private sector.
Society level – increase cooperation with local authorities, and educational institutions to target persons from unrepresented groups facing socio-economic, geographical, ethnic, religious, gender, and other challenges, involve them in the program, and offer them opportunities to contribute to their well-being of the entire society.
